Thanks to eSky Wallet you can use your funds to book a flight or a Flight+Hotel package at a convenient time. Additionally, you will receive a 20 EUR bonus, which will be added to your wallet, as well as a refund for extra services bought at eSky (excluding insurance and AirHelp+ service). You can use your funds within 24 months since your wallet was created.
What will happen if I don’t use my funds within 24 months?
You don’t have to worry about it! We will transfer to your account an equivalent of the refund made by the airline!
What’s the difference between eSky Wallet and traditional refund?
eSky Wallet

How can I use eSky Wallet?
Receive from us an e-mail with a request to choose the refund option.
Choose eSky Wallet from two available options by clicking on the right button you will find in this e-mail.
We will direct you to a special form in which you can confirm choosing eSky Wallet.
In a maximum of 3 days after confirming your choice, you will receive from us an e-mail with your individual digital wallet number and the balance of funds.
